The customer service was great and my pedi was great. My "gel" full set that I paid $45 for is horrendous!!! I wish I would have known. I'm so angry and now I have to get my nails fixed. Some polish is just flaking off. Gel SHOULD last two weeks no issues. Very poor job.

I went here with my mom and 2 young daughters (3 1/2 and 8). They were great! They had two kid chairs, which was perfect. And my mom and I sat right next to them. We arrived on a Saturday morning and they had room for all 4 of us. I think they had 18 adult pedi chairs and 2 kid chairs. Plus about 12 people working that day. So it was perfect. The ladies and men that worked on us took their time and were very nice! I felt like I got a better pedicure than many places than I've been and felt like the deluxe was actually deluxe (not just like 2 minutes of extra massage and an extra lotion). Excellent! Nail techs were so attentive and the pedicure was flawless. I was very impressed with the atmosphere as well. Went in to have a pedicure fixed after a tech in Charlotte completely botched it, so it was great to find people with serious skill. Will 100% be coming back.
