This is my second time using RIC and I love them so much! My carpet was stressing me and I dreaded coming home. Now everything is nice and clean and it smells so good! On top of that they have the best prices in the Charlotte/ Indian Trail/ Monroe area!
Spoke with Keisha and Ashley to arrange services and had Jason perform the cleaning… every single person was pleasant and professional to work with. Job well done. We will gladly use them in the future!
