Had to replace our microwave but had trouble removing one of the trim pieces. Contacted the office and explained the problem and was told to go pickup the new unit and not only repair the trim, but install the microwave at no charge. The two technicians where very professional and got the job done in a short amount of time.

We had a beautiful kitchen out in by Ben Zeidman and his wonderful worker .Marcio and all the workers were all wonderful , knew were what they were doing , and very nice people Barbara and Ben cramer

It is with pleasure I provide feedback on our experience with American Wood Reface especially after first consulting with Mad City. No comparison with regard to sales consultants to begin with. American Wood Reface sales representative, Jim Firth, was punctual, professional and debonair. He was was at complete ease demonstrating his product knowledge and suggestions. There were no high pressure sales tactics or guarantees without evidence. The scheduled install date presented us with Carlos and Rob as the installers.
