Jason was absolutely the best agent for us. We spent over a year looking for a house. He did so many video tours for us and his experience being a general contractor was a huge bonus. He always responded timely and attended all of the inspections for us. I can't recommend him enough.
Jason is amazing! He goes above and beyond to get you into the home of your dreams. I had some unexpected funding challenges and he never gave up, he stayed in it with me until we made it to the finish line. And now I live in an incredible home in the Great Smoky Mountains that I knew was meant for me from the moment I saw it. As more friends move here, Jason is helping them too. He’s your guy in Haywood County, NC, hands down.
Started my house hunting in the Great Smoky Mountains of NC back in April 2013. I was amazed how Jason drove me to a house 50 minutes away from his office which I loved at 1st sight but I wasn’t ready. When I was ready to buy, he aggressively tried to find a house with my requirements (mountain views and water source) during low inventory months of January-March 2024. Finally an amazing house came on the market and we went the next morning. Without hesitation, he helped me secure my dream mountain home in April 2024. Thanks to Jason working with me for a year, I am now settled in my next chapter of my life and loving every moment of it!!!
