On 6/26/24 a new (elderly) very nervous patient had an appointment at Lillington Dental Care. It took Dr Butler minutes to extract the root of what was left of a broken crowned tooth.....I honestly felt no pain during or after. Dr. Butler and his staff are very caring professional people and I would recommend this hometown dental office to everyone.
Having had a few bad experiences with other dentists on top of dealing with TMJ, it can be overwhelming for me to seek even basic dental care. I had a tooth break and needed to see a dentist urgently, not giving me a choice to keep putting it off like I normally would. They fit me in quickly, and I can't say enough great things about the experience. Although I was on the verge of a panic attack coming in that day they put me at ease. While fixing my tooth they read my body language incredibly well giving my jaw a break when it was becoming painful. I had never had that amount of care taken to avoid the stress on my jaw. Going to the dentist can cause anxiety for some, and that is true of my son. Dr. Butler and all of his staff take extra time with care, thoughtfulness, and calmness to help alleviate that stress. Everyone from the front desk check-in all the way back to the patient rooms is friendly and attentive to your needs while providing a professional and peaceful atmosphere. We highly recommend this practice!
