Service techs Shannon and Carson are superior in their electrical knowledge, customer service and representation of McMillon Electric. They had a laundry list of electrical services at my residence and performed them all to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. This is the second time that Shannon has done work for me. His first visit, over a year ago, he was able to troubleshoot and resolve an electrical issue that previous electricians had failed to fix.

I want to brag on Tyler. He came to my Moms house (JeanPhillips) her Heat Pump had quit working. He went above and beyond to find parts for the heat pump. They are elderly and on a fixed income and he was so sweet and kind with her and finding a solution to the problem. We can’t Thank him enough
