My situation began with noticing that at 10:00pm our air conditioning was not working. “Well I’m a Fixer”…. And when I can’t fix it “I DON’T sleep”… I lay awake working through all the things that “might work” to fix the problem. Finally at 4:45am I got up went and got a portable air compressor to try and blow out the condensation line… “that didn’t work”….. I turned the breaker off at the main panel… for about thirty minutes. “ hoping for a hard factory reset”…. That didn’t work either. What a blessing McMillon Electric Company is!
We woke to the smell of burning plastic coming from the vicinity of our furnace. Needless to say, we were really worried. I called McMillon and they sent Will Townsend out. He listened patiently to us describe what we had been experiencing and got busy diagnosing the problem. He found the disconnect had overheated and melted. Will worked nonstop to replace the entire fuse box, which was super difficult to work with, and in a cold location, and refused to stop until he had it finished. He worked until late so we wouldn't be without heat, sacrificing his comfort and time with his family. We are so grateful... read full review

This company is excellent in every way - dependable and extremely professional. I have used them for electrical and HVAC visits many times and I don't remember a time when they were so nice. I don't think I've ever dealt with a company this great in every way.
