Holly always does EXACTLY what I ask for- nothing more, nothing less. She is so caring and takes the time to ask questions and make you feel comfortable. I’m going on almost 4 weeks of having my nails done (don’t judge) and they still look great!

The stylist are really nice, I haven’t had a bad experience with how my nails look—I do have concern with how they removed my acrylics yesterday, they didn’t soak them, they used another acrylic nail to get under the nail and rip it off.. leaving my nails pretty painful today. ? This was the first time I’ve had them replaced so I didn’t know there was a right or wrong way to remove them. Makes me sad since they really are nice people and my nails do look pretty. They charged me 75.00 for taking them off and redid them with acrylic dip when I didn’t ask for that

walked in and requested a full manicure and dip powder nails. He immediately started filing my nails, then proceeded to start the dip process. I asked him if we were still doing the manicurr, and he told me he wanted to do that part after the dip was on… so it “wouldn’t stick” to it. Bizarre, but ok. We get a layer on, and he takes a cuticle trimmer, dry trims my cuticles and shoves them back. No soaking prior. Then he puts the top coat on, says to wait 5. Comes back, rubs them and they’re sticky like glue and ruined. He tells me he has to redo the top coat without any explanation.
