Pam was excellent from start to finish. As a first time home buyer I was skeptical about the market. Other agents were not receptive of my concerns or generally not that responsive. My first conversation with Pam was warm and engaging. She listened to my concerns and what I wanted in a home. Pam was very responsive and on point during my home search. I highly recommend Kim Adams if you are looking to buy a home. My husband and I moved to NC from Virginia. Kim went right to work to help us find the perfect home for our family. That is no easy task in this crazy market. She made sure we saw listings as soon as they became available and made sure we were able to see the homes right away. She helped us work through all of the due diligence and fought to get all of our requests from the seller. My realtor was on vacation for the weekend and Kim went above and beyond and helped us close on our first home! I had to work over the weekend and Kim sent me videos of the home. I am so grateful I chose Berkshire Hathaway Kernersville. They organized everything from home inspections to home repairs and they advocated for us when closing on the home. Highly recommend!
