My ferret Chester had a blockage and needed emergency surgery. We've had emergencies before but sometimes the wait for surgery or feedback is too long. That's wasn't the case here. I brought Chester in and they were able to figure out the problem and get him into surgery ASAP. The other half of emergency care for exotics is the cost and unfortunately we weren't totally prepared.Danya was able to work with us on making a payment plan. Dr. Edgerton was willing to answer all of our questions thoroughly and was very kind to us. This is a wonderful vet practice and I'm so glad to trust them with my babies.
Griffin Avian & Exotic is amazing! Not only was it my first time going to an exotic veterinarian, but it’s also my first time being a pet owner to a reptile. My veiled chameleon has been experiencing issues. I brought my girl there, and the staff have been so helpful in helping her get back to health. They have been so supportive and have given me so much knowledge on how to ensure my chameleon returns to better health. I highly recommend them for your reptiles! They have truly been beyond helpful to both myself and my chameleon!
Doctors were super thorough for both of my reptiles! Not to mention patient with all of my questions. Even gave husbandry advice and food recommendations. Called me the day after the appointment to see how he was doing/wellness check. Great experience overall!
