From the moment you enter USMT you feel relaxed and confident that you are going to be treated with the utmost professionalism and care. The facility itself is extremely tidy, relaxing, and decorated with the MANY certifications and awards that Lori-Ann and staff have earned throughout an expansive career, as well as all things USA! The massage rooms are tranquil, private, and tastefully decorated. Lori-Ann has done 4 deep tissue massages for me and she is incredible! She pays very close attention to details on the intake sheet. I won a gift certificate from my gym but I am so thankful it brought me here. When I reached out to schedule, they responded very quickly. Cassidy was super nice and friendly. Asked me about myself and really targeted areas needed. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and I felt so much better afterwards. Very much needed! I live an active lifestyle and dental assistant school so lots of tension. Will be returning back for sure
Loriann and Cassidy at USMT are the gold standard of massage therapy in Jacksonville. Their knowledge in their craft is unmatched. You will get an amazing massage and if you are lucky an anatomy class. If you are having muscle issues or don’t know what is going on with your body because you are so active go to USMT and they will figure out the problem and relieve the issue. I have been coming here since Loriann opened the business. This is the highest massage therapy you will get. You definitely get what you pay for!!!!!!
