Everyone is always so friendly and helpful whenever I need a product. Even if something is out of stock they always check the back for me just in case what I need might be back there. Also had a hair treatment done by Estelle and she was absolutely lovely. Definitely recommend the store as well as the beauty services here.

Went to see Amal last weekend to help find a new under eye concealer and foundation. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. She knew at a glance what colors to select of the different products to match my skin tone. She was awesome throughout the process. Highly recommend her help at Ulta in Jacksonville, NC!

I had a wonderful experience with an associate today! There was a lady working in the fragrance department that attended to my needs and gave me wonderful suggestions on fragrances based off of my preferences and how she thought I carried myself. I did not catch her name but she mentioned that she specialized in makeup and wore beautiful thick eyeliner and pastel eyeshadow. I definitely recommend speaking with this woman if you’re looking for a more personal look on finding your perfect fragrance match. Hopefully she can point herself out to her fellow associates :))
