The absolute worst! Thornton's shoddy work in an A Syde's new build has cost us $25,000 in repairs. Despite contacting them several times, I was told over and over again, "I'll call you back," and I never heard anything. Don't waste your time and money with Thornton's call someone else.. call ANYONE ELSE!

My father used this company to take a look at his plumbing because there is an obvious leak between the first and second floor. It was raining in the living room and the upstairs bedroom carpet was soaked. The plumber came out, replaced the seal on the toilet upstairs. The threw the plunger, toilet brush, etc into the tub along with the valve that he replaced. And not only did he not clean up behind himself and put things back, but he also broke the plunger after he used it to test the toilet and said nothing.
