I've been seen here almost 7 years now. Currently in the process of a bone graft and implant placement front and center. Besides the pain, I couldnt be happier with the doctors and assistants. I had a previous implant reject, not by this dentist but a different one in Tennessee, so Dr Smith has been very attentive and hands on making sure it works and holds well. Dr Schwark did most of the work and I'm so pleased with his work and bedside manner and how thorough they all were! Alicia was his assistant and how can you not love her. Suction deep in your throat and she still making you giggle with her bright bubbly personality. Getting this procedure done has meant so much to me. I appreciate everyone at this office and will always recommend. Also, all three of my kids go here and I've never had an unpleasant visit.

Following a prior engagement with another provider that involved aggressive, unsubstantiated treatment recommendations and exorbitant fee structures, I sought a second opinion and found this office to be a refreshing alternative. The staff here demonstrates a commitment to transparency, ethical diagnostic practices, and patient-centered care. I found their administrative process to be highly efficient, with prompt scheduling availability that stands in stark contrast to industry norms. Today I was charged $172 because the front staff neglected to inform me that my insurance will not cover my xrays and dental screening BEFORE hand. Once presented with the information I informed them that if I had known that beforehand I would have waited for a later appointment when my insurance benefits were available. Their response was basically she forgot to tell you. Now Im stuck with a $172 bill that could've been avoided if the front staff would have communicated with me. Their non-chalant attitude prompted me to write this review Unfortunately, I'm stuck with an unnecessary bill that they feel is not their problem.

Love this practice, staffs member are very professional first, always happy, no type of moods. In other words this place is blessed 🙏🏼. I would recommend this dentistry any time.

My first experience was on March 6,2026 what I thought was a problem visit appointment apparently turned into the visit being switched to new patient appointment without anyone a check-in making me aware. After waiting an extra amount of time I was called to the and that when the tech who was getting some x-rays informed me my appointment was scheduled as new patient appointment, but I could address my concerns about my pain on left side upper right tooth. The provider who came did not introduce himself just said “ I am just lay you back and immediately I stop and said I am sorry who are you my name is Tanya than he introduced himself. Right there that was a concern for me. After the dentist examined my mouth along was the tooth pain that I was having he immediately said that tooth looks good. Well after that visit I was not happy because my tooth was still in pain and no concerns I feel was addressed. That provider I don’t wish to see that provider again because obviously I did have something going on my left tooth it had to be removed today. I called this morning back to the office due to left side upper face swollen and pain I was offered to be seen by another provider and her and the assistant took very good care of I gave the service today 03/17/26 a ten plus. Patient care is very important from the you walk in to check in until you exit the office.
Today’s staff and provider showed that and I got some relief and I am truely thankful.

I love this team. I had dentist trauma before i came here and went through braces and an impacted canine. Never want to leave, even if i move i want to steal Steven Smith and Matthia. They are so sweet and good at what they do!!!

Dr. Burchfield and Aldina were amazing! They were so patient with me while I was freaking out about getting my filling done. They reassured me and were so comforting! 10/10
