I've been going to signature smiles to get my teeth cleaned for a while never been charged a penny I went today they tell me I have an outstanding bill of $182 and the bill for today's cleaning will be $182 because now they're doing a periodontal cleaning after I did a deep cleaning. The cleaning was no different than any cleaning I ever received at their office and was never charged for they just call it something else so they can charge the insurance company more money and have me pay out of pocket $182 a cleaning. I told them to cancel my appointments I want to talk to the dentist which of course isn't going to be there until the beginning of the week and I will never go there again and I will never recommend anybody to go there I always ask them when I'm there if it's going to cost me anything I can't afford it I'm on a fixed income I'm on disability they say no it's not going to cost me nothing. Then they say oh you have an outstanding bill of $182 and today's clean is going to be $182 also. I can't afford to go to a business that's going to play games and lie to my face if there was a way to get zero Stars I would definitely give them zero Stars thank you.

I've been terrified of dental since I was a kid. Either the techs were too harsh or something always went wrong. Signature Smiles is the first time I've experienced a good dentist. The staff is friendly and the techs consistently checked in on my comfort level. They are very patient centric and I am so happy with them!

Don't recommend this place for toddlers due to them recommending no other alternatives other than mercury and fluoride fillings for a 3 yo! There are safer alternatives and believe 3yo have safer options. Please do your research and reserve about any treatments being offered right away! Now my 3yo will be looking at a biological or holistic dentist which I should have done from the beginning.
