I've been terrified of dental since I was a kid. Either the techs were too harsh or something always went wrong. Signature Smiles is the first time I've experienced a good dentist. The staff is friendly and the techs consistently checked in on my comfort level. They are very patient centric and I am so happy with them!

The entire team at Signature Smiles has been fabulous. I have been seen in both the Jacksonville and Wilmington offices and I’ve always left with a smile. I can’t recommend Dr Williams and her team highly enough!

Don't recommend this place for toddlers due to them recommending no other alternatives other than mercury and fluoride fillings for a 3 yo! There are safer alternatives and believe 3yo have safer options. Please do your research and reserve about any treatments being offered right away! Now my 3yo will be looking at a biological or holistic dentist which I should have done from the beginning.

My child has been coming here since she was 5 years old. The staff and Dr, Williams is the best. They are very loving. Always joking around to make kids feel less stressed/scared.
