I had an absolutely wonderful spa experience on my birthday. The staff was warm, courteous, and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the special Happy Birthday sign made me feel truly appreciated. I enjoyed a body scrub and wrap, massage, and facial, and every service was relaxing and professionally done. A special thank you to Jane, Precious, and Ashley for their exceptional care, kindness, and attention to detail. They helped make my birthday extra special, and I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for outstanding service and a rejuvenating experience.

I've had two manicures done at Urbana in Huntersville. One was for my son's wedding. They were both beautiful and long lasting. The price was very reasonable.

I am brand new to facials & spas but I booked a facial for my birthday and Jane was amazing! She was so sweet, explained everything along the way as she was doing it, and made it such a great experience. I have never been so relaxed. The atmosphere was so relaxing. I highly recommend and will be back!
