While the ambiance and front desk staff were wonderful, and my daughter enjoyed the treats, we were really disappointed with the haircut. The stylist wasn't open to our suggestions, and we had to make several corrections to the cut ourselves.

Such an awesome experience we had with Mo! She clearly loves kids and her job and the atmosphere! All the ladies from the front desk to other stylists were so amazing. Mo was patient and kind and fun to be around!

I would give zero stars if it was an option. We used to go to the Birkdale location & Brittany was an amazing stylist. Now this is the only location & the experience was horrible. My wife brought my 7 year old in to get layers in her hair. She was very excited for an older cut. When the woman was done, she said she “went light on the framing,” which pretty much meant my daughter had no layers framing her face, and no layers anywhere else to be found in her hair. Literally the opposite of what they asked for. My daughter was very upset & my wife was pissed, but since they were running extremely behind on their appointments, and had a lobby full of people waiting, they just left & didn’t want to deal with the hassle of complaining. My daughters bangs were also not cut well and are uneven. Unless you’re getting a simple trim, don’t go here.

Miss Tierra has been cutting our 4-year-old son's hair since he was a baby. He has sensory issues and haircuts are really difficult for him. Miss Tierra has been supportive and patient with him every step of the way and he's made huge progress in his ability to sit for a cut. She's also super knowledgeable about black hair and helping us find products and a low-maintenance style that works for him. Thank you!
