They did pest control in our apartment building last Friday and the process was smoother than expected. No strong chemical smell lingering around for days, which mattered because we have kids at home. The staff wore shoe covers inside too. Small detail, but it showed professionalism to me.
The services are great - nice people to work with and we trust them to enter our home when we are not there. The service report is emailed immediately afterwards so that we know our home is safe and securely locked when they depart.
Dylan was here today for our quarterly inspection and he was great. He explained what he was doing and took his time to be sure we understood and were happy with his work. We have been using Millennium Pest for years now as recommended by my sister, and we are very happy with the service.
Their outstanding service includes - immediate responses to calls, emails, or texts. The service guy is always clean in appearance and professional. A detailed report of services (including advice of items that need to be removed to decrease the mosquito population) is always included in the invoice. In an age where good consistent service is hard to come by, Millennium Pest is A1.
