One of the best hot yoga studios in the greater Charlotte area. They have a lot of different classes. Refreshing as many studios only offer one or two types of classes. Facility is clean and has a nice yoga vibe.
This is hands down the best studio in the area! The staff and students have been super welcoming and the environment is warm. I have done a lot of healing, physically and mentally between these walls and am so thankful for this community.
I love this place. They have quite a few different classes. The set up is comfortable and inviting. The hot room is not like some of those others out there that are just hard to breath in. In this room it is easier to breath I don't know what they do but I love it.
