Meredith at Massage Envy in Huntersville was awesome. I had knots on both sides of my shoulders and the pain was severe. Meredith was firm with the massage which is what I asked for, the pain was tolerable. Meredith showed me some exercises to do to help reduce the knots. I will be back and definitely will request Meredith.
