Wow, I adore this studio. This is the place to go for high quality yoga, community, and pure fun. The teachers here are all highly trained and wonderful people. Genevieve the owner has built an incredible sanctuary for all things wellness related. Emily, Heather, Jessica- all amazing teachers. This is my happy place, and it should be yours too!
Are you coming in from the airport or just in the surrounding area of Charlotte? I highly recommend making a facial appointment with Haley Little. The heated blanket, comfortable leg pillow, perfect ambient atmosphere, relaxing facial, and essential oils was exactly what I needed after an exhausting flight! I had also gotten a bit too much sun and clogged pores during my vacation which led to some massive break outs. Haley adjusted perfectly to my skin's needs. I had a huge cystic acne place on my chin that was completely gone when I woke up the next day! The whole studio was beautiful and I'd love to check out the classes offered in the future also. 10/10 recommend... read full review
The few vinyasa (heated) classes I’ve been to have been very rewarding, welcoming, clean & aromatic. The warmth helped my body reset in this winter weather & the instructors create a peaceful & comfortable space. I really enjoy these classes & I would highly recommend this studio.
