I've hired Tim three times now. He saved me from buying a residental property with plumbing issues and a commercial property with fire safety issues. Just closed on new construction residential property. He flagged the HVAC but the builder said he was wrong. I had a certified HVAC inspect the system and they confirmed he was correct in his inspection. Tim has literally saved me thousands of dollars.
