I can’t say enough good things about Best Air Company! They’ve been maintaining both of my AC units for the past five years, and their service is consistently outstanding. Recently, I had an issue with a defective motor, and they went above and beyond by coming out after hours to fix it. The technician was professional, efficient, and had the problem resolved in no time. What’s even better? They didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for the emergency service. Best Air’s reliability, fair pricing, and exceptional customer care make them my go-to for all my HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

When my air went out unexpectedly one weekend, I contacted Best Air. Daniel reached out to me quickly. We made a plan for him to come out Monday morning but said if there was any way he could get out there Sunday (he was already booked) he would. He came out first thing Monday morning. He was so professional and knowledgeable! He told me what he thought was wrong before he even looked at anything. Once he checked everything out he was right! He showed me the part that needed to be replaced and walked me through its faults. He also gave me some tips for keeping things in check, such as routine cleaning. This was the absolute best experience. It is 90+ this week and my unit went out. I called them on Tuesday and Daniel came out. They got a new unit put in on Thursday morning. They have the best customer service and took care of me right away. I would recommend them again and again.
