I very rarely write reviews but I felt the need to in this instance. I just recently came over to planet fitness holly springs after being a different location for a couple years. Needless to say I was disappointed. The staff is non hygenic and is constantly more worried about their own conversations than helping a member. I have never seen more gross bathrooms and locker rooms in my life, the absolute most smelliest, and largest disposals just left to sit in the toilet and stink up the whole locker room. The machines constantly reek of body odor and similiar locker rooms smells as they are not cleaned. One of the managers told me it would be cleaned, he went into the bathroom and I kid you not the problem only got worse, the smell was worse and the toilets had not been flushed and actually looked like some had been added. I will be switching gyms soon.

Why don't you consider closing down the mens locker room for 30 mins so the cleaning lady can get her job done quicker ! She should not be in there when we are !

From day one, he has been consistently pleasant, approachable, and welcoming—always smiling and creating an environment that feels comfortable and encouraging. His demeanor alone makes the gym a more enjoyable place to be.
He is extremely knowledgeable and proactive in promoting and explaining new equipment, and he’s always willing to answer questions about workouts with patience and clarity. He takes the time to make sure things are understood, which builds confidence and helps members get more out of their training without feeling rushed or intimidated.
What truly stands out about Tyrese is his professionalism paired with genuine kindness. He’s attentive without being overbearing, supportive without ego, and clearly invested in helping others succeed. His positive attitude, expertise, and consistency make him a standout member of the gym staff and someone who leaves a lasting, positive impression.

I am visiting from Texas. This one is smaller than I am use to in Texas but it was clean and I was able to get my workout in without any issues. I will be in town all week so I will be back.

I love this location. Always a friendly welcome, and they actually know my name. I had a problem once, Tyrese the shift manager listened, he explained and made me feel better about the situation. I would recommend this location to anyone. It’s clean and the equipment got upgraded recently which has made my workout experience even better! Planet Fitness in Holly Springs is the Best!

I do enjoy the PF of Holly springs, BUT... Your background music needs to be turned down. Can't even hear my own music on my own earbuds. Today was exceptionally LOUD! Please turn it down.
