So many carpet cleaners in the area, but Paul was the only one decent enough to fit us into their busy schedule without throwing me into a 2 week wait, and that is something I won't forget. Paul immediately communicated with me for a scheduled date/time. Paul's sons Justin and Bailey arrived exactly on time, which is also rare around here. They were such nice young men...professional, courteous, and blazing fast with their work. Paul was great from start to finish. I booked the job for my new listing in Cary. Great communication, easy to work with, and a fantastic result for a very fair price. His sons were very nice as well! Would definitely use again and happy to recommend him.

Outstanding service from Ericson Carpet Cleaners! They did an amazing job on the carpets in my newly purchased home. It was a father and his sons who came, and they were efficient, quick, and incredibly thorough—my carpets look fantastic.
They were very friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They even took the time to help me decide on the placement of my new area rug, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find a business that goes the extra mile like that.
