I've always had the best care at Carolina Family Vision. Since they opened in Holly Springs, I've used them for my family's eye care. Even though I now live in Pittsboro, I still make the drive to continue receiving their excellent service. When I arrive on time for our appointments, they're ready and I don't have to sit around waiting. The time spent in the exam is efficient but so much so that I feel I'm being rushed through. If I have a question or concern, all the time needed to address it is taken. I'll add, too, that the pricing with our insurance is very agreeable. The ladies at the front desk do their best to ensure I'm taking full advantage of the benefits available through my plan while at the same time never seeming like they're trying to upsell me on services I don't really need. Great service, kind staff, good prices... Why go anywhere else?

When you walk in the front door, you’re treated like family. A professional staff with smiles that make you feel good. The doctors are wonderful. I recommend it to anyone needing an eye doctor or not.

From the minute I got there I was impressed with the receptionist who explained what my insurance covered. Then Brandon started the initial work. He was very courteous and took his time answering my questions. Dr Niak was incredible. Explained what I needed and didn't try to push anything. Very thorough exam. Then I saw Devon she helped me select my new frames & lenses. Overall this was the best place I have ever been.
