Everyone was very polite and professional. Rachel explained everything until I could understand and knew exactly what the problem was. She gave me a shot in my hip and I've not had any problems since. I would recommend them to anyone with back issues.
Dr. Fleder is the best!!! He did both my dad's hip surgeries. He had no problems. He put my leg back together from the knee down and he did a great job! You can't tell I have plates, screws, and carbon rods.
As an employee here, we have not been able to the Urgent care off the site, We are not an urgent care. There is 3 locations; orthopedic urgent care on Miller street in Winston Salem. Regular urgent care on westchester, and at the palladium. Sorry for the inconvenience.
