My father is (was) a patient here. 2 of 3 appointments in the past 8 weeks have required us to wait over 45 minutes PAST our appointment time. If your time means anything to you do not go here. The staff offers no consideration or apology for wasting a patient’s time.

Call them on Saturday asked if they accepted walk-ins on Sunday lady told me to be there between 2:00 and 3:00 she'd squeeze me in showed up at 2:15 and got told no they could not take me waste of my time

I am so confused. Go to eye doctor, can't get a good prescription for my left eye. So why don't they put the old prescription that works fine for my left eye in the new glasses and just change out the right lens that has a slight change? The lady is telling me it's because by blood pressure is off because I am on blood pressure medicine and it's not working. ?????? Why did I pay for new glasses that don't work and I evidently didn't need? And wouldn't my left eye with the lens I have in it now be fuzzy if that was the case? Not happy and will try to get my money back from my insurance company.
