Asheville Eye Associates provides exceptional service to its patients. The staff, including the ladies who size and order glasses, take the time to ensure individual needs are met. Dr. Yoder and Dr. Stone provide timely and efficient service, with prescriptions written and ready for pickup in a day. While there may be occasional technical issues or a wait, such as a 50 minute wait to be seen, the office strives to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction. The front desk staff could be more pleasant, but overall, the experience is excellent, with great professional service from the doctors and staff.
EVERYONE treated me as family!!! Dr. Yoder is the GREATEST eye surgeon in world!!! I wouldn't trust anyone with my eyes but Dr. Yoder!!!! Thank you Dr. Yoder and staff. Ive worn glasses since I was a young man, now its as if Christ healed a blind man! Im so humbled, and each day I wake up, I cant help but break down with tears of gratefulness!!! Thank you ALL, from check in, and throughout the whole procedure!!! You guys are the greatest!!!!! THANK YOU for all you have given me back in life, I feel like a new man at 65 yrs. old!!!! Blessings to each of you!!!!

Allison did a very thorough job on my eye examination and was very pleasant! Dr. Crandall came in and did an additional assessment of my eyes and he is the reason I keep coming back to Asheville Eye!
This is a very nice place to go for your eyeglasses. The ladies who size you and order your glasses are very nice and professional. An excellent experience, appreciated very much. The 50 minute wait to be seen was a bit much. But only once a year . . . it's not that much of a big deal for me, as I'm retired. Someone else...maybe so. As far as the front desk goes..... they could be more pleasant and maybe a smile here and there. After all it is a first impression of an important visit for all.......
