I have used Ranes twice in the last month on my personal house and on one of my rentals. Both times they were punctual and professional, got the job done at the cost they estimated and did a great job. Jonathon the owner was great and talked us through every step. Progressive Services stopped servicing my area of Henderson, NC so we needed someone we could rely on. Our neighbor referred us to Ranes and spoke very highly about them. I called them and they came out same day I called. The prices are very reasonable and the technicians were very profesional, polite and my husband liked that they explained what was wrong and how they would get it fixed in terms he could understand. Stephanie in the office was very helpful and answered all my questions and advised me to call for maintenance on our HVAC late March or early April.
