It has taken me a while to write a review NOT because the service wasn't exceptional but, because I was dealing with loss. The customer service provided here is unmatched. The empathy and the kindness is like none I have experienced in the past and this isn't my 1st rodeo. They answer questions quickly and efficiently, they check up on you days after to check how you are feeling and they even took the time to drop off the death certificates at my home. During such a hard time in my life I think people don't realize the lasting impact they have on someone. Thank you Keshia for everything.
