We bought a home in Surf City on Topsail Island in 2020! The home is beautiful but was a bit dated and needed some modernization. The previous owner said that he had a good experience with Cursio Coastal Construction so we gave them a call. At first, we were a bit nervous having dealt with not so reputable contractors before. Well, Cursio Coastal Construction alleviated all the anxiety that accompanies taking on home construction projects! They provided us with detailed quotes for our remodel projects and delivered on those quoted projects!
