We have had nothing but positive experiences with the orthodontist, Dr. Ashley Albrecht. The staff is friendly and I can always get a person on the phone if I need to call and ask a question or reschedule. My son received his first Invisalign trays in February and is very excited to not have metal braces so he’s following all instructions to the letter knowing that his is a challenging correction for Invisalign. The staff is doing all they can to make it work. He appreciates that.
My mother Barbara, recently had oral surgery at this location. She found them to be very respectful and professional, very good at what they do. She recommends them to anyone who needs oral surgery and says she would use them again if she needs oral surgery again.
Excellent service and friendly staff! Every time we come for our appointment the wait time is short, service is wonderful, and the staff are very knowledgeable. Both of my children have been seen here for braces.?
