As a patient under the primary care of Dr. Shannon Speece for several years now, the exceptional manner in which she approaches and handles my medical history, and my personal medical concerns has been phonomenal. From the time I enter the doors, until I exit, I always feel welcomed and respected by everyone, even by the patients in the waiting area. This speaks volume about the positive office environment at Vitality Health and Wellness. My husband and I drive all the way from new Bern for primary care here. I had pneumonia from my breathing in my acid reflux in my sleep and they got me in so quickly. Got me sorted with meds and an xray. I couldn’t stop coughing and they were so patient while I tried to explain what was going on. Calling them and dealing with the online portal is pretty easy and they call back in a reasonable time frame if I have to leave a voicemail.
