What a fun experience! I’ve never done a yoga class before but decided to try an arial yoga beginners class and it was amazing! I had such a fun time and the instructors were there to help me whenever I needed it. It was so relaxing but also gave me a workout!
Purple Blossom Yoga Studio is always the place to go for your yoga experience! This time we went for aerial yoga! Under the expert guidance of instructor Niki, my aerial yoga experience reached new heights. Niki's clear instructions and encouragement made the class accessible for everyone, regardless of their yoga background (some had none!) Did the aerial yoga and it was so fun and relaxing!! I also have had back issues and doing it helped take away the pain so much!! The instructor Niki was amazing with beginners and taught us very well, definitely recommend!
