I have been in love with Dulce’s technique and service ever since my very first visit. She is clean, professional, sweet, and experienced. I always feel overwhelmingly comfortable and have never been disappointed after a service. She always listens to my suggestions and accommodates to the best of her ability, while keeping my natural lashes strong. I would give her 1,000 stars if allowed. ❤️
