Dr Richter is a personable and friendly doctor and I’ve greatly appreciated her availability for telephone appt's. Unfortunately the place is not well organized so can expect long waiting times because of it thus the 4 stars.,

I was a patient for years, hadn't been in a couple of years. Called for an appointment and was told they couldn't see me, as I am considered a "new patient" and she's not accepting new patients. That's patient care at its worst.

I have been a patient of Dr. Richter for a few years now and I have never experienced such an humiliating, embarrassing experience with any doctor ever. Dr. Richter truly showed her unprofessionalism and no regards, to my deepest concern about a very rare looking skin appearance on my upper stomach. When she did her observation, Dr. Richter said "it is a boil" and she suggested to burst the boil with a needle but while the boil burst, fluids splattered over her medical coat a little. Dr. Richter first reaction was, "did it get on my face", "because I have to be careful with infections" She had the most disgust look on her face and as a doctor, I found that to be uncomfortable as a patient that needed only medical care and not emotions of discomfort. Dr. Richter then, told me that I will receive an antibiotic and walked out of the patient room we were in. As I walked out of the the room to leave, I existed walking next to her office and I saw Dr. Richter inside, then I heard Dr. Richter blurt out a noise of distaste and discuss, as if I gave her a disease or something, Very unprofessional and as a doctor Dr. Richter should simply just know better, No Excuse.

I have been Dr.Richter’s patient for a few years now. She is professional , patient, experienced, thorough & kind. I always feel seen & heard. The staff is always professional & responsive.Dr Richter & her staff always go the extra mile. I commute for work & Ashlynn came in 15 minutes early so I could get a Covid vaccine & still make it to work on time. This is only one example of the many times Richter Family Medicine has gone above & beyond for me. Love this practice & will never leave!!

Immediately, Dr. Richter and her staff are pleasurable and professional. The practice is clean and comfortable. I recently began receiving care from Dr. Richter, and I highly recommend her. She genuinely listens to all of your concerns and makes you feel safe. She takes her time with each patient making sure you leave without any unaddressed hesitations or concerns and takes your preferences and opinions into account. Bonus: she’ll listen to your problems both medical and beyond

She truly takes the time to listen to my thoughts and concerns; I’ve never felt rushed in our appointments and feel very secure in her recommendations for me. She has a great sense of humor too! I felt instantly welcomed and in good hands with her and her office staff. Highly recommend to anyone!
