Everyone is so kind, friendly, and attentive; they make you feel like a human with value rather than just a number. Maria is the absolute best, she truly puts the time in to show you that she cares. This place is truly a hidden gem!

From the moment I was greeted by Tina, I knew I was gonna be treated with respect. As some one who really doesn’t like the dentist due to a past experience, they take their time and let you know what they are doing before they do it and they always check to make sure you are comfortable. I 1000% percent recommend DaVaney Dentistry for all your dental needs!

Dr. Vines and Karaston have such kind and gentle spirits about them. I have bad dental anxiety but feel very comfortable there. Love this office!

This is a fabulous place if u need dental work. All the staff are super nice and very helpful! Tina the office manger Kim in insurance are super helpful with all your needs . Dr Vines takes time with u and does fabulous work. Josie works hard and is kind with all your needs as she assist!

Where do I begin? I have been going to Devaney Dentistry at Brassfield for several years and have always been impressed by Dr. Vines, Tina and the entire staff. They have always been very welcoming and incredibly professional. When you walk into the office they always call you by name and make you feel right at home. Yesterday, however they took it to a whole different level. After a routine tooth extraction that went very well, I started having issues with clotting late that evening. I called Dr. Vines on his emergency line, he immediately responded and decided that I needed immediate assistance. He asked me to meet him at the office and proceeded to explain what caused the bleeding, made me feel at ease and proceeded to rectify the issue. Needless to say, Dr. Vines is my new Superhero. The following morning before I could call to let him know I was ok and to thank him again, I got a call from the office to check on my condition ... how good is that? I could go on, but I'm sure anyone could see that the staff goes above and beyond what is typically the norm. A big "Thank You" to the staff at Devaney Dentistry at Brassfield and to my new Superhero, Dr. Vines. FIVE STARS !

Let me start by saying that I have been a loyal customer with my husband since 2019. I have enjoyed every visit. Recently my husband was in, in December and they filed insurance and he paid his balance. Here now February 4th we a small bill. I knew when he came home they must have forgot to charge him for the fluoride because he payed a little bit too little. Back to Feb. when the small very small bill arrives and I call the office to speak with a Tina and I forget the other woman’s name they tell me what the charge was for that it was for my husband and what insurance didn’t cover. So I’m like okay someone made a mistake not a big deal can I get a bill indicating what we are paying for? Well yes I can but not without their refusal to admit they could have made a mistake. They proceeded to both take turns with me arguing they didn’t make a mistake and be very rude. I checked my explanation of benefits and see no charge denied for fluoride because they were not billed for it. This is silly because as an adult the office has never billed the insurance for that because they knew it wasn’t covered and this has always been payed for by us at the time of service. My husband didn’t catch that then because he didn’t know. The problem here isn’t that they forgot to bill him at the time of service or that they billed insurance which by my record they did not. The problem is the front desk staff and their terrible customer service. To refuse the idea you could have made a mistake and proceed to argue with a good customer over a possible mistake is ridiculous and uncalled for. Will definitely be looking for a new office. But hey their hygienist and Dentist himself are great. Terrible, rude, snotty, women behind that desk.

Edit reply: I heard the explanation clearly on the phone already and understand. Still consider it a minor change/mistake since it has never in 6 years been done that way before. Not a big deal at all. The response to my opinion was the problem. Have a good day.
