Brad was very honest and thorough when discussing what we need replaced. He took his time and didn't rush the process. He came across very genuine and showed true concern for our safety in regards to the condition of our deck and home.
Brad McCauley was outstanding! He is one of those rare individuals who projects a professional persona yet is very personable and genuinely interested in finding the most cost effective solution. A combination which is difficult to find among people who are trying to sell a product or a service.
They did a great job with our gutter installation! Their pricing was competitive and everyone I had contact with was extremely helpful and friendly. Tim helped us to decide what our house needed and did not try to sell us anything extra. He even sent a crew out to fix some shingles that came off in a storm while we were still awaiting the parts for our gutters to come in. We will definitely use Carolina Home Specialists in the future and have already recommended them to family and friends.
