My experience at this benefit brow has been awful. I went last year and the technician was patronizing and anxious. Very difficult to have a conversation with her. And I had worked to grow out my brows wide and I was clear I wanted them wide but she waxed them much thinner than I wanted after doing all that work to grow them wide. The manager was there so I mentioned the patronizing personality (didn’t even mention the thinner brows) and the manager told me I could try the benefit brow at an Ulta 20 min. away. So I did. Much better experience. After a year of good results there I thought I’d try the friendly center one again as it’s much closer to me. I went just a few months ago and the same lady still works there. Same patronizing controlling personality but she tried harder to engage. I again shared to keep my brows wide, even showing photos to emphasize wide. She kept saying that wasn’t possible in her patronizing way. Then left and came back and said she had to get permission to do that and then moved ahead. She kept them wider than a year ago but still thinner than I wanted, doing away with all my work to grow them wide but it was such an odd interaction I can’t go back. I’ve been to several Benefit Brows in many states when I travel and they are always great. This particular one is not.

Faith is the one one who I would trust with my life and my eyebrows of course! She gives the best services and walks you through what she is doing. And I’m not one who just lets anyone work on me. She gave me eyebrows I didn’t know I needed and I’m absolutely in love with now. 10/10 would recommend 🙌🏻

Just went to the brow bar at ulta beauty, store 331 friendly shopping center and what I can say one of the best experiences ever my brows look perfect✨🤭🩷faith did a amazing job and if you’re part of the LGBTQ community, they are very welcoming Definitely coming back in the next few weeks Girl, you better check it out✨🤭🩷!!!!!
