Do your homework. They estimated $2,997.00 to replace a standard run-of-the-mill 40 ga. gas water heater installed in a garage. No stairs, no attic, no difficult access. Their competition completed the install in 1.25 hours the next day for $1,200.00 LESS.

They covered my house in lead dust.
I hired them for a big (and expensive) job in my historic house. They cut into the drywall without covering anything or taking any steps to contain the dust, and they tracked it through our entire house. Once we realized it was contaminated with lead, they finally covered things in plastic and brought a hepa filter into the house, but the damage has been done and our lives are completely disrupted. We have an infant so I’m currently waiting to see if they will do the right thing and pay for professional lead certified cleaners. To top it all all off they did not have good attention to detail and had to redo several aspects of the repair work.
*Update: They did hire a third party that cleaned the lead dust out of the house, which was a relief. We did have to pay thousands more to have the drywall professionally repaired so that it didn't recontaminate the house which was a cost we weren't prepared for. I'm glad they did the right thing, but I still wouldn't work with them again. The 2 gentleman who did the bulk of the work were nice and polite, but were just careless and inexperienced. They broke a pipe to the upstairs bathroom that meant they had to open up more walls. They dragged the old metal pipes down our front steps leaving chips and gashes in the steps. They had to reset both toilets multiple times. The owner himself had to reset one toilet twice, and then left a shim sticking out of the side and scratched our hardwood flood. Now that toilet is leaking from the tank. It was just a bad experience all around.

Suspected a leak in the water line from the water meter to the connection of the house for the past month. Called All Plumbing Services of the Triad at 9am and Brooks was at the house by 1030am. Brooks confirmed my suspicions and offered 2 alternatives for the repair. Locate and patch the area of the leak or replace the current water line with a new one. Replacing the water line was a better alternative. All the work was started and completed the next day. Newer upgrades were installed per code and a new expansion tank for the hot water heater was installed replacing an older one. If I have plumbing needs in the future that I can't handle I'll call All Plumbing Services of the Triad.

On a Thursday night, I noticed the gas line from the meter into the house was leaking and needed to be replaced. On Friday, I called many companies for help before the weekend, so my family wouldn’t be with out hot water and heat all weekend. Every company I called said they could give me an estimate on Friday and then schedule the repair the next week. I understand companies can’t drop what they’re doing, but I wasn’t giving up. I eventually made my way down the list to All Plumbing Services and they literally dropped what they were doing and rescheduled their day to fix my gas line, so I could have hot water and heat as soon as possible. The repair was fast, clean, and their customer service was excellent! I will be using All Plumbing Services for all my plumbing needs in the future!
