this place did not give us the right diagnosis. my bf and i came in with our dog bc we told them she hadn’t been peeing. they took her to the back and they diagnosed her to being dehydrated and her bladder was empty. the bill was already going to be over $700 (for bloodwork and diagnosis and pain meds) which we barely had that much money considering that we had already taken her to a different vet the day before, so on top of that they were recommending us to do an x ray on her but was going to be an additional $300 so we declined. we took her home and gave her the medication but she still wasn’t able to pee. we took her to a different doctor that was more affordable and the doctor actually diagnosed her to having a very full bladder that could’ve ruptured, he already gave us a reasonable diagnosis before putting her under an x ray and was able to tell us she had stones in her AND drained her fluids that she had built up inside of her for a lot cheaper. now we’re taking her to get surgery this week. i wouldn’t go back to this vet in greensboro, save your money and go to a different doctor that actually knows what they’re talking about.

At New Years 1am, my dog accidently injested 2 grapes. Every vet we called was booked and would not be able to see us. We found this vet that said they could see her. The receptionist was friendly and took her right back. The doctor came and explained what had been done and the pricing and further options. We were home by 230am. I felt pricing was reasonable for an emergency holiday visit! Thank you for saving our baby!

Will never go back. I hate this place. The estimate I received was unbelievable to me. Make me never want to own another dog.

Took my 15 yr old dog here as she was hurt durrin a scuffle with my other dog. l will say this the Dr was very cordial until he told me that my dogs jaw was broke that he can fill the bones movin in her jaw ad it would take 3,000 to 5,000 to fix ad l said l don't have that kind of money sadly. Ad he proceeded to tell me that all her teeth are badly infected ad need to removed which was costly also. But he did give me a script to get her some pain meds ad l bought the antibiotics that was 61.00. So the visit was 120.00 so l paid 181.00 that night. I then took my dog to her regular vet ad took the papers that this place gave me ad l told him that the Dr said her jaw was broke!! Well they looked at the paper ad said they never took x-rays so how did he know her jaw was broke ad l said my point exactly!! So they took an x-ray ad her jaw was fine!!! But the bottom k-9 tooth was infected which she is gettin removed Monday. So ppl beware of this place as the Dr came off to me as with this dogs age, she wasn't worth it. She is my bby ad how dare him to insinuate that. I gave them a 1 star as they do not have a 0 star....

Unfortunately, you can’t give 0 stars or I would. Only worried about getting your money and not at all worried about the well being of your animal. Staff is 0/10 too, rude and dismissive.

There’s a reason they only have a 3 star review.

Update: 24 hours after my dog was in their care and them telling me “he’s fine and many dogs live with this for years” I had to put him down because he was indeed…not fine. Please please please do not take your animal here.

Came in the wee hours of the morning. One other doggo there who was discharged while I waited. My dog had a relatively simple wound to care for… yet I waited in the front area over two hours with NO updates on status???? It’s being courteous to your patients to at least bother to give updates at least hourly… GIVE UPDATES TO OWNERS WHO ARE FORCED TO SIT AND WONDER WTH IS GOING ON. Even if you have no status changes to give, at least bother to check in with owners.

Dr Marcos, the tech and the staff saved my baby’s life.. yes, I will be paying it off for many many years… but I am very grateful I was in the position to do so, and most importantly grateful for the care, they gave my Brick and myself..
