I've been to this establishment several times and I'm beyond pleased each time I go. The customer service is great and the quality is awesome! I would highly recommend going.
The website is very misleading. This shop a hole in the wall African braiding shop. The owner knows nothing about natural hair. My hair was washed with a shampoo/conditioner mix that lead my hair still feeling dry. No emphasis was placed on deep conditioning. I showed my stylist a picture of a style done for me in the past and she acted like she couldn't understand me and did what she wanted to do with my hair. At the end, she charged me $85 for crappy job. Needless to say, I won't be going there again...My search for a natural hair shop continues....
