Caesar was clear and upfront about the estimate. He performed a thorough inspection of my crawlspace. He did not try to sell me a service or product I didn’t need. He and his crew were very punctual and cleaned up everything when finished. He was available to answer questions and answered them to my satisfaction. The encapsulation went smoothly and it looks clean. It is clear that he and his crew are experienced. I would recommend.
We just bought a home in NC that needed extensive cleanup and waterproofing in the crawlspace. We chose Ramos because their proposal included all the things recommended by the other firms and their price was the lowest. We accepted their offer in early April and they scheduled us for a May 13 start. To our amazement they started on the day promised, finished the next day, and did a great job. We highly recommend Ramos Waterproofing!
