I’m new to the area and was searching for a facial. I booked an appointment for a microdermabrasion scheduled the next day. My experience surpassed expectations. I am more than satisfied. 5 stars. Legit review.
I was a little disappointed with the service. I called to make an appointment for microdermabrasion, but advised I was not sure if that was what was best for my skin. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean an inviting, however I just received a facial. There was no consultation and no conversation at all. I was expecting to be informed on what service I was receiving and skincare advice since I mentioned the issues I was having with my skin. I only found out what service I actually received when it was time for me to pay, because I asked. I would rate higher if the esthetician were more informative.
