I have been doing training with Katie for almost a year now twice a week. Each workout is individualized and specific to my goals. Katie is knowledgeable and focused on clients goals. I love working out with Katie, and look forward to what we can accomplish in 2024 and beyond.

I've been going to Kraken Fitness for 4 months now, and I've been really enjoying the group classes. Pricing is reasonable, and the class format changes every couple of weeks, so there's always variety (good for people who like to break the monotony once in a while). Michelle is always so energetic and encouraging, and is always ready for every class. I've always been super intimidated by working out at gyms, but this place is very welcoming and other people in class are always so nice. Highly recommend.

Just wrapped up my first month here 1:1 training with Alyse. Super clean gym, well maintained equipment and knowledgeable trainers. Alyse took the time to get to know where my improvement areas are and what would be a safe and effective workout for me. Could not recommend her enough.
