The service that was given was not the greatest. The stylist was too rough when she was doing my daughter hair and watching inappropriate TV shows, when I came in she turned it off. When I left back out she turned it back on.

Listen yall. My hair is fully grey now. And I said No more dyes and wigs. Imma step ot and be a silver sister. I wasn't happy about that until I came here and met Tramaine. I show her what I wanted and left with a better version. She has a client for life. Come see her yall..

I really tried to like this place and I think it really depends on what's important to you as a customer. If your looking for value great spot, overall hair results 4/5. But a huge pet peeve of mine is timeliness. The last 3/4 times I've been here there is always a timing issue resulting in long waits. Tramaine juggles too many people.
This past time I waited for about 40 minutes when I asked when she would be ready for me. I then asked if tomorrow morning would work better after I knew there was no way she would get to me in 15 minutes with one lady waiting and another in her chair. It was insulting when she suggested 6am on a Saturday.
I just wasted 40 minutes of my evening, had to drive there etc.and offered to reschedule and could do morning. Then to be offered a 6am Saturday which I doubt she would have made it to on time. Yeah no unprofessional. Clearly I will not return and did not show up at 6am. So yeah if your okay with getting serviced whenever this is a good option. If you are a stickler or value your time not so much. Price is great but my time is worth way more.

When I called to make an appointment I asked if they were open on Monday’s. Sugar replied, “yes, with an appointment “. Appointment was made for 10/31/22 at 12noon. She did not show. Very disappointed in her lack of commitment.

I know I'm not there typical client and they were about to close when I called and asked if I could just get a couple of French braids.. She stayed and waited for me to come and it came out perfect. I can't wait for her to braid my hair again.
