We have a Pella sliding glass door that was damaged beyond repair. We are impressed with the quality of the current Pella door, and wished to replace it with the same. Billy, the Pella sales rep, came to our home on Saturday morning and helped us out. He was prompt, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He helped us find a suitable replacement, and explained the process thoroughly. At this point, we are very happy with Pella service. We look forward to the installation of our new door.
We had three large windows replaced in conjunction with having new siding on our house. We decided to go with Pella based on previous experience 7 years prior when Pella replaced several doors on our house. We worked with Andy Angel on both occasions and he was very helpful in selecting the quality and style of windows that we wanted and worked with our budget. We decided to have the windows installed by our siding contractor and Andy personally met with the contractor to make sure all measurements were correct and compatible with the siding. We have been very pleased with the final product and quality of windows.
LOVE LOVE LOVE my Pella French Doors!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I was looking at several brands of doors and was really struggling to make a decision on which company to go with.
