I purchased windows and doors for a new build, 4000 sq. ft. house working with Ray Dangelmaier. Ray was lightning fast with his responses, knowledgeable, helped extensively with window specifications and knew what would work best with my custom home design within my budget. I high recommend Ray as an expert resource and a true asset to Pella.
The Pella Representative, Billy Stewart, was a wonderful asset in our decision-making process. His friendly demeanor and knowledge of the Pella products put us at ease as we discussed various options for replacing our front door. The more time we spent with Billy, the more he felt like an old friend. As a result of our time with Billy, we have great confidence in Pella and their process for getting us the door and framing we desire. We are looking forward to our new door!
