It was a great carpet experience we had with USA Flooring. Ms. Angelina, Ms.Amber and Mr. Kelvin are great to work with on your carpet and flooring needs. They take time to explain the different carpets and pads available.

Austin Willoughby was amazing and helped out a lot in a pinch. We had been working with Home Depot for almost two weeks with constant delays and losing orders and we had a deadline of Saturday for delivery. Called and explained the immediate deadline and he jumped to help us. Thanks to him and USA Flooring I was able to find the flooring needed for our home and meet the deadline I needed. Will return if we need to do anymore flooring
