Just became a member in the last couple weeks. This is a really great gym. It’s like a small tight knit community. Everyone including the staff is really nice. I picked this gym over the others in the area after trying all of the free trial passes. This gym is the best option. Love this place.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful! The classes are great. You get one free personal trainer session to be sure you really understand how to use the machines and know what goals you’re trying to meet. There is tanning if you’re into that. It is a standing one, I do prefer a tanning bed so I probably won’t use it much but not a big deal. Love the sauna!! I’m super happy I chose TruFit amongst the many other places around town.

TruFit has potential to be the best gym in town with the selection of equipment, friendly staff, and geographic location. Their downfall is the lack of money going back into building/equipment maintenance. I have worked out at both locations (Bragg Blvd & Hope Mills rd) off and on for over 7 years. Over that span of time not much has changed with improvements and upgrades. Both locations locker rooms are usually broken, smell horrible, never clean. Due to the lack of cleaning in both locker room and bathroom (their connected) the smell can be stomach turning. It’s so bad that the carpet has turned brownish in color from its original light green. The location on Bragg blvd had a homeless man with all his stuff sitting inside on equipment all hours of the day. Their equipment is no better, they have ballpark +7 treadmills on the floor but 2 are working. They put a sign saying “it’s broken” on the equipment and sits for a few weeks. It’s ironic because members are charged a monthly maintenance fee which leaves me scratching my head. It really begs the question does corporate or the owners really care? It’s not fair to the staff or customers. I would be surprised to see them still around in a few years if things don’t improve.

If you pay in full, the gym should not bill you monthly after your membership expires. Then, you spend hours on hold to fix the situation, that should never have been. They are ripping people off and do not refund the money the illegally obtained. Fit4life is and will continue to be my choice. Integrity is everything. You will continue to loose and struggle with these practices

My husband started going here when he got stationed here, we are moving again and was told my the store to call a number to cancel, we call the number finally they answer, no happy to help at all, then customer service says to email a person.... we emailed and still two months later my husband is being billed. Do not waist your time it is not worth the headache.
