I had an all-around outstanding experience with Blake from Roto-Rooter. He was very knowledgeable about the situation and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated that he didn’t mind me watching and asking questions throughout the process. Blake was professional, friendly and did excellent work. I’m very satisfied with the service.??
They were able to get to me the next day. My kitchen sink was clogged. Matthew went through the vent and was able to unclog it within about twenty minutes. It was all kinds of hot out but he did what needed done to make sure we could get back operational. $500 for drain auguring was not what I expected, but it is what it is. The $99 to come out was better than many others, and went towards the price of unclogging.
Matt, was very professional. He explained the option we had for the service to fix our toilets problem with backing up. Being that we have a Septic tank, he had to dig up the tank to troubleshoot the problem. Upon getting access to the tank, he showed us the problem.
After identifying the problem, he proceeded to correct the issue. Doing the process he educated us on the inner workings of the septic tank. He did a great job.
