Had a late night plumbing issue and called Roto. Sean and Tristan stayed in contact with me until they got here. They were very transparent, helpful and even tidied up when done! Highly recommend!
Tristan was absolutely amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better technician. He explained everything in such detail and really made sure I knew and understood what was going on. He went above and beyond to help me. The whole team was 5 star worthy - Joey and Marcus too! Would highly recommend!!
We had the pleasure of working with Tristan today and I couldn’t be happier with his help and services! He was extremely knowledgeable, very patient with explaining everything, and the best part that I appreciated is that he was honest and didn’t try to over sell any repairs or equipment.
